Coil Replacement
Pull the pod off of the device. Then just simply pull out the old coil from the buttom and replace it with the new head. Drip a few drops of e liquid on the cotton before you use to avoid dry burn.
E-liquid refill
Pull the pod off of the device. Then pull out the plug on the side of the cartridge. Add e-liquid through the slot.

Once the cartridges have been used the warranty is no longer valid and for hygienic reasons they cannot be returned.
The head is not included.
