Who can buy

Tobacconists in Italy: Italian law reserves the sale of e-liquids to licensed monopoly retailers, so the retail licence is enough.
Vape shops holding the authorisation of the Italian Customs and Monopolies Agency to sell e-liquids, or the authorisation their own country requires.
Online shops and distributors with a VAT number, for hardware and for the sales allowed by the rules of their country.

We do not sell to consumers.

A European supplier with Italian documents

AER L.F. d.o.o. has its registered office and fiscal warehouse in Novigrad, Croatia, and is the fiscal representative for Italy authorised by the Italian Customs and Monopolies Agency, code UDPLI0002RF. E-liquid packs arrive with the ADM tax stamp, and the consumption tax is shown on the invoice and paid by us: an Italian tobacconist has no customs paperwork. If you prefer an Italian invoice, the checkout offers the option to complete the purchase on italia.aer-wsale.com.

How to register

Create the account with your business details and VAT number.
We check the details (VAT number on VIES and, for shops, the authorisation) and activate the account, usually within one working day.
Log in: you see prices and stock for the whole catalogue and can order right away.

Prices and first order

Wholesale prices are visible after logging in and are shown net of VAT and consumption tax, which the cart shows separately before you confirm. There is no minimum order.

Shipping

We ship Monday to Friday. Orders confirmed, and paid where required, by 13:00 leave the same day: delivery takes 24-48 working hours to mainland Italy, Croatia and Slovenia, 48-72 hours to Sardinia, minor islands and remote areas, and 2-5 working days to the rest of the EU. Payments

The checkout shows the methods available for your country, such as bank transfer in advance and cash on delivery. If you choose the Italian invoice and complete the purchase on italia.aer-wsale.com, orders from €500 to €3,000 can also be paid in 2, 3 or 4 instalments with Alma. Dropshipping for online sellers

Register as a reseller.
Connect your shop: for PrestaShop there is the Aer Digital connector, which imports catalogue and stock and keeps them updated; for other platforms there is an API integration.
Receive orders as usual: the connector forwards them to us.
We ship from our warehouse straight to your customer; status and tracking go back to your shop.

In Italy, distance selling of e-liquids to consumers is banned: dropshipping to Italian customers covers hardware and accessories. To activate it, write to [email protected] with your shop's platform and domain: we prepare the access and run a first test order together.

Original products and documents in order

All products come from manufacturers or authorised distributors and comply with TPD, CE and RoHS rules. Registered customers download TPD notifications, safety data sheets and declarations of conformity from the documents area.

Does an Italian tobacconist need an authorisation to sell e-liquids?

No: Italian law reserves the sale of e-liquids to licensed monopoly retailers (art. 62-quater of Legislative Decree 504/1995). The authorisation of the Customs and Monopolies Agency is needed by specialist shops instead. For special cases, refer to the Agency or to your advisor.

Is there a minimum order?
