If you have a problem that was not solved by our technical support, you can fill in the form 'RMA Module' form in your account using these guidelines:

You can always check the status of your return in your account.

Notice that the RMA form must be fully completed.

IMPORTANT!
You will nomore have to send us products, you just have to send us the damage proof as required on rma module and we will give your money back when RMA module would be confirmed.

We do not refund products damaged due to insufficient packaging.

You can return atomizers, heating coils, cartomizers, tanks and other spare parts only in case they have never been used (for hygienic reasons). You can return e-liquids only if they have not been opened. 

WARRANTY

All of our products are under warranty for one year from the purchase date* (unless indicated otherwise). The warranty does not apply to consumable parts listed below (batteries, atomizers, heating coils, …) unless the failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

* Atomizers and coils have a life cycle of 15 days. Once used they cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

* Batteries are under warranty for 3 months from invoice date. Shipping costs are charged to the customer.

* All products with chip or microchip are under warranty for 3 months from invoice date. Shipping costs are charged to the customer.

The warranty does not apply if the damage was caused by improper use (falling, breaking, …). The warranty does not apply to products damaged due to insufficient packaging. 

The products that were purchased under the ‘Discount’ category are not covered by the warranty.
