If you have a problem that was not solved by our technical support, you can fill in the form 'RMA Module' form in your account.
You can follow the steps listed below:
1.) Select your address.
2.) Enter the name of the product or its reference number.
3.) Select the order in which the product was purchased.
4.) Add the product using the green button.
5.) Enter the quantity for each product and the reason for the return.
6.) Press the ‘Save and stay’ button to save.
7.) Send the form via the ‘Send RMA’ button.
You can always check the status of your return in your account.
Notice that the RMA form must be fully completed.
All products must be returned in original packaging with all parts (usb charger, coils,…) and in good condition. The package must be packed accurately with the destination address clearly visible.
We do not refund products damaged due to insufficient packaging. Please use an external box to protect against damage during transport.
You can return atomizers, heating coils, cartomizers, tanks and other spare parts only in case they have never been used (for hygienic reasons). You can return e-liquids only if they have not been opened.
All of our products are under warranty for one year from the purchase date* (unless indicated otherwise). The warranty does not apply to consumable parts listed below (batteries, atomizers, heating coils, …) unless the failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
* Atomizers and coils have a life cycle of 15 days. Once used they cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
* Batteries are under warranty for 3 months from invoice date. Shipping costs are charged to the customer.
* All products with chip or microchip are under warranty for 3 months from invoice date. Shipping costs are charged to the customer.
The warranty does not apply if the damage was caused by improper use (falling, breaking, …). The warranty does not apply to products damaged due to insufficient packaging.
For returning goods you must follow the instructions provided by Aer Wholesale staff. Don’t insert documentation or goods that were not approved by our staff inside or outside the package. Aer wholesale staff can decide not to approve your warranty at anytime if there are indications of physical damage or improper use.
The products that were purchased under the ‘Discount’ category are not covered by the warranty.
