Payment methods

The methods available for your order depend on the delivery country and are shown at checkout. All prices exclude VAT.

Bank transfer in advance

The order is prepared once the payment is received. To speed things up, send the transfer receipt, even for instant transfers, to [email protected] quoting the order number: after a short check the order ships the same day. Always write the order number in the payment reference.

Important: orders not paid within 30 days are cancelled automatically.

Cash on delivery

Payment to the courier on delivery, available for the destinations shown at checkout. The surcharge is calculated automatically:

• orders up to EUR 600: EUR 3.50 COD handling plus EUR 7.50 shipping;
• orders above EUR 600: free shipping plus 0.7% of the COD amount.

The courier accepts cash only: AER L.F. d.o.o. cannot cash cheques.

Credit or debit card

Viva Wallet: secure online payment with the main cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Bancontact). The amount is charged when the order is confirmed and the goods ship immediately.

Italian invoice

Customers based in Italy who need an Italian invoice, with the consumption tax already paid, find at checkout the option to complete the purchase on italia.aer-wsale.com, with the payment methods and terms published on that site.

Cancellations and refunds

If a customer requests a cancellation after payment, the amount of the cancelled goods is refunded net of the fees retained by the payment system used. Refunds are made to the same payment method within 14 days.

Invoices

The invoice is available in your account area when the order ships. Errors or discrepancies in an invoice must be reported to customer service within 14 days of delivery.
