What are the shipping times
The time needed to prepare to ship the shipment is 24h, if the order is made until the 1PM our stuff will strive to dispatch the shipment within a day’s time.
The orders are processed from 9.00 to 17.00, from Mondays to Fridays. We’re closed Saturdays and Sundays.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to throughout Europe with DHL, DPD and Fedex.
What are the delivery times?
2 - 5 days for Europe.
When is a shipment delayed?
Generally a shipment delivery can be delayed due to bad weather or due to failed attempts of delivery.
When do I get the Tracking Number?
After the shipment of the order, you get a shipping tracking number by e-mail. Sometimes you’ll have to wait for the e-mail until the morning after the shipment.
Which currier do you use?
We use BRT for deliveries to Italy and DHL, DPD and Fedex for those in the rest of the Europe. They all offer an outstanding delivery service, but sometimes a mistake at delivery can occur. In this case we are not responsible mistakes made by currier.
What happens when the delivery address is incorrect or incorrect?
Please, read carefully the delivery address when you are making an order. Mistakes in the address lead to delivery delays.
Before you sign the delivery note, make sure that the package is intact. If it is not, sign conditionally and write: “CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE (DAMAGED PARCEL)”.
We take pictures of every prepared order to guarantee that the ordered and the delivered items match at best and in case of problems (a missing item) we can guarantee (after the check of the picture) an immediate refund for the item that is eventually missing due to a shipping error.
